Wonderful hotel & fairly clean, its location is great in the 13th district. Overall the room is neat, modern and includes very good Wi-Fi, climate control, and a balcony. The staff are very very nice and polite people. The ambiance is contemporary.

Unbeatable setting, just next door to d'Italie metro station, attractions by metro and a good metro stop, great shops and restaurants for all price-classes. Again, not far from boulevard Vincent-Auriol.

It was as advertised, a decent hotel, good bed and shower, very clean and fairly modern. Relatively close to the center and attractions, and to the Place d'Italie and it's metro station. Staff was nice. Free wifi worked well.
There was construction going on, and noise. During the weekend, we could hear the neighbors, but we packed earplugs so it was ok.
